Sea Star CR operates out of Playas del Coco, Costa Rica and serves all the Papagayo Gulf area. We offer private charters for sport fishing & beach hopping, snorkeling. We share our passion and knowledge of the Guanacaste coast and responsible sport fishing through specialized service, catering each tour to your specific interests.
We often make pickups in Playa Ocotal, Playas del Coco, Playa Hermosa, Playa Panama and Playa Matapalo and Peninsula Papagayo. We are happy to schedule pickups South near Las Catalinas in Flamingo and Playa Conchal for an additional fee.

Michael and his team were first class. They designed the trip to exactly what we wanted as a family. Nothing was too much trouble. Great value for money too. The boat's crew spoke excellent English and educated us so much about Costa Rica as a country as well as the fish and general wildlife. Such nice and friendly people too. Nothing was too much trouble.

These guys are amazing, affordable, speak great English and had everything you needed for an awesome fishing experience! I loved their flexibility and communication with us throughout the entire process. The boat even has an area to sunbath in while the boys fish or you enjoy your drinks. Once my husband caught a tuna, they fixed it up for us fresh on the boat with all the fixings!! We were in Costa Rica for 10 days and I can honestly say this was our favorite Excursion.

Pudimos hacer un Full Day combinando pesca y conocer Isla Murciélago, sin duda fue una experiencia inigualable.
Los lugares que nos llevaron eran preciosos, un lugar para perderse por las islas y hacer snorkel en aguas cristalinas.
Cuando empezamos a pescar la tripulación estuvo muy atenta, ayudando y aconsejando en todo lo que teníamos que hacer. Pescamos varios dorados.
Todo el viaje fue excelente, sin duda repetiremos. Recomendamos la empresa Sea Star por su profesionalidad y atención.
